The service was terrible. no exaggeration, it took 25 minutes before someone came to take even our drink order. the waiting staff ignored us at every opportunity. eating was quickly brought to the table, which is strange because it was cold. it tasted good and there was a lot of it, even though we weren't gone a half hours later. this was in strong contrast to the meal times and service we had only one day before the canal in another Finnish caffe.
The homemade nisu bread was delicious! Fantastic food that was hot fresh at the end of the day, on a busy holiday weekend.
When you have to wait to be seated for 15 minutes and the restaurant is more than half empty, follow your instincts and LEAVE! I wish we had. I have never encountered such incompetence at a restaurant in my life! I won't even go into all that went wrong, it would take too long. Just don't here!
Server very rude, didn't come back after we got our food. Toast was burned. Might go back again, but I doubt it.
It was nice dining there the lady who awaited on us is very friendly we love it there!!!
