Zum Rothen Löwen - Hanau

In the last 20 years we have always been very satisfied at larger intervals at this point and until the current visit. This time the service and the kitchen was unfortunately only poorly satisfying: the appetizer soup too salty, the extra salad not pleasant dressing!! the white wine only cool enough with additional ice cubes. The meat portions were partially boiled too long. Overall we were very disappointed!! But we're going to plan a visit because it was so bad for the first time. It was just a creepy day.

The food was excellent and cost us very well with subtle piano music of a friendly lady. The ambience is cozy rustic, very clean and we were hospitable by a friendly service. Happy again, only to recommend!

We stayed for five with the family for lunch on Sunday and everyone tasted it very well, the operation attentive, and what we liked was the live piano music in the background. This enchanted a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant.

The overall impression of our last visits was confirmed, the service, the food and the price-quality ratio were already better.

We were a group of 7 people and pre-ordered 5 x goose. Nevertheless, we waited for about 1.5 hours for food. The food was good. We got drinks too. But the skinny glasses were rarely cleared.
