Today we met some vacation acquaintance... read more We were in Fuerteventura last week and somehow we never got around to going to a tapas bar. My wife knew this tapas bar. Today we met some vacation acquaintances we met last week in Fuerteventura at the El Sol Tapas Bar. They were at a tapas bar in Fuerte and thought they'd found the ultimate. Until we went to the El Sol Tapas Bar together today. First, a quick comment on some of the reviews that deduct a star because there's no parking directly in front of the bar or because it's supposedly too expensive...completely pointless. Everyone is free to order as much as they're willing to pay, and every course makes you slim, especially walking to the car after eating stimulates digestion. The food was absolutely sensational. Super tasty, super fresh, and absolutely perfect. We ordered almost everything from the menu, and everything was very, very good. Top-notch, and our vacation acquaintances were absolutely thrilled. The service is second to none. Very friendly, funny, attentive, and competent. Especially the manager, she's a poem This definitely won't be the last time we've been there, and we'll be going again. Our next appointment with our neighbors is already booked Stay the way you are. Keep it up
