I was surprised to see that Korean beef was water-aged in the aquarium from the entrance. There are very few places that do water aging, but this is the first time I've seen Korean beef water aging. I ordered and ate Korean beef platter, Ujjuritang, and Yukhoe Bibimbap. First of all, the marbling of the grilled Korean beef was no joke. It was to the point where I could feel that it was delicious even without baking. It was grilled medium rare, so I felt the gravy and the flavor of the meat at the tip of my nose. My parents are a bit sensitive to the taste, but the beef here is delicious and they ate a lot, so it felt good. I praised myself. I thought it would be nice to have a soup dish, so I ordered the Ujjuri-tang, which I had never eaten before. The moment I stirred the soup, I was surprised at how much meat was inside. I dipped the meat in the sauce that came with it, and it was delicious as well. I believe that the life of Yukhoe Bibimbap comes from the fresh taste of raw meat and fresh vegetables. I also emptied a bowl of meat for the meat sashimi. Overall, I was very satisfied with the place. I came as an introduction, but I can introduce you to other acquaintances. If you are thinking about going to the Hanam branch of Gourmet Korean Beef, you won't regret it if you visit it once. Kid-friendliness: There is a separate playroom for toddlers to play. It was really nice that the playroom I saw in the past was still there in the Hanam branch of Gourmet Hanwoo.
