So I called and informed them and asked for this to be fixed they refused to fix this so I went to the place and they still said no even though I brought it back to show them I wasn't going to eat it. The manager was rude hung up the phone and refused to talk to me. I had to stand at the front counter for over 15 minutes till she would come and talk to me. My mother in law called to get there names and they refused to give us there names. I've been there multiple times and never had an issue. They got my order wrong one time and they would rather argue than fix their mistake. I had the written paper that I read off of along with the receipts but she did not care. She said since she wasn't there she couldn't do anything even though she is the manager and stated she is making all the decisions since the Owner is unavailable and there's no way for me to contact her. Very disappointed.

The food was awful and undercooked. I called to complain and was given attitude and told not sure when the management will be in. You just lost over 20 years of business, thanks to your waitress attitude, I was only wanting to have it made right, not argue about it. Smh.
