For pick up. Was a Thursday afternoon not busy inside pizzeria. Counter person didn't acknowledge me when I walked in waited front of counter. 5 mins later someone else approaches me. Received my cheese pie. Excellent pizza from alocal place with reasonable pricing. Only complaint. Inside customer service could be expendentally better.

The ordering area feels just like a genuine New York Italian restaurant—busy, lively, with orders being shouted all around. The pizza is solid New York style, but their sesame crust is outstanding, adding a unique bagel-like texture to the edges. I absolutely love the buffalo pizza! We usually get a variety of slices so that everyone can enjoy what they like. We also had a wonderfully fresh salad during our visit.

Might be a wild statement but as a pizza lover I actually preferred Francesca’s to Joe’s pizza in the city and I didn’t have to queue for 30 mins to eat it!
