Today, I visited this Subway with my family, hoping for good service and tasty food, but we were disappointed. The manager on duty, Sarah, seemed rushed and had a poor attitude. She tried to push sandwiches on us based on her assumptions about what we wanted, rather than listening to our requests for our seven meals, which we believe every customer deserves when they’re paying. At one point, she even said, "We’re not going to serve you." As a result, we decided that our money would be better spent elsewhere and that our next visit would be to a restaurant that offers better service.
Frequent buyer here. Poorly trained employees. It’s another subway franchise but what makes this one a 3 star is the lack of proper training to the employees which are always kids. I understand it’s a part time job but they should at least understand the basics of customer service and food handling. But if you don’t mind the service quality, then go get you subs. They’re just as good as any other subway. Service: Dine in
