**Restaurant Review: My Experience at Local Subway**
At this local Subway, customer service shines, notably through a dedicated employee who strives to deliver an excellent experience. Patrons may, however, face significant delays at both the drive-thru and mobile order services, often leading to lengthy waits even with no other customers present. Many reviews highlight the need for proper staffing, as the current setup leaves employees overwhelmed. While the vegetarian options impress and the service from the hardworking staff is commendable, management must enhance scheduling and operations to prevent frustrations. For a smoother experience, consider visiting their other location in Elizabethton.

There’s one employee here who is working hard all on his own. He’s friendly and doing his best! However, I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes. I understand that the customers ahead of me are challenging, but this guy definitely needs assistance! He is truly excellent and very professional. Unfortunately, the management clearly needs to improve their scheduling—wherever they are!
We pulled up to place an order at the drive through… there was no costumers inside or in the drive through so we at first thought they were closed but upon us pulling up a voice came over the speaker and told us we would have to wait 15 minutes in the drive through before he could take our order. Keep in mind there was no one in front of us so we were extremely confused and just pulled off
I used the drive-thru. The employee was very patient very courteous went down the list with each sandwich and got everything exactly right and went over it to make sure it was exactly right I would highly recommend that Subway with that employee working unfortunately I can't remember her name.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veggies and plant-based products
There’s a reason this restaurant gets such bad reviews. If you place a mobile order, expect to wait 1 to 2 hours for your food. Their mobile system is unreliable, and every time you try to order online or at the drive-thru, they prioritize serving customers who walk into the lobby before they even start on your order. Essentially, you need to be right in front of them to make sure they remember your order. Save yourself time and money—just go to the one in Elizabethton instead. This is one of the worst-run Subways around. Avoid it.
