She also never believed in... read more The manager of this location is anti BLM, her and her husband posted about it on Facebook during the height of the movement in 2020. She also never believed in the pandemic and constantly made remarks to employees about masks being awful. Stay far away from this location. The ice bin is never cleaned, the underside of the espresso bars harbor cockroaches which required outside facilities to take care of multiple times. They do not follow proper food thawing procedures if deliveries are messed up. She once made an employee cry while working on the bar because they were physically moving as fast as they could but it was not fast enough for her. During red cup giveaway times, the manager requested to one of the female supervisors that the cups should be saved for white customers. The supervisor promptly reported this to ethics hotline but nothing came of it. Simply disgusting management and location

People came in after me and ordered and were able to get their drink... read more Went inside due to a long line in drive thru and still had to wait for 20 min for my drink. People came in after me and ordered and were able to get their drinks hot and cold. But I was given a really bad attitude when I asked why it was taken so long. I don't recommend this store. I normally go to the one in Newmarket. They are way more friendly there. This one is slow and some bad customer service. Then when I get my drink it is not made the way I asked. Worst experience I have ever had with any Starbucks and I go daily. I am now rethinking if I want to ever go again...

I'm thinking Starbucks is the cream of... read more I normally get my coffee and frappe from Krispy creme. This particular day I was near Starbucks so stopped there instead. I'm thinking Starbucks is the cream of the crop when it comes to coffee. I was so surprised that our caramel frappes were disgustingly bland, even the whipped cream on top was lacking flavor. It tasted as if the person added too much ice and I was drinking crushed ice with slight coffee flavor. Never go here don't wast your money. I'm sure the food is great.

I was a delivery driver and walked in no one said anything. Stood by the order pick up no one check up and ask what order I had. Stood there for 15 mins watched one girl stocked cups that didn?t need to be stocked. I ended upcanceling the order. It was all around a bad experience. Would not recommend
