Our group of 20 visited on a Thursday, and even though the restaurant doesn't take reservations, we were seated promptly. The wait was short, and the service we received was outstanding. Our waiter, Mr. Roberto, was both efficient and attentive, managing to keep an eye on our table despite having several other customers to serve. Our meals arrived hot and at the same time, and our drinks were never empty for long. Mr. Roberto was on top of everything, and I wasn't the only one at our table singing his praises. The food was fantastic, and we were all very pleased with the excellent service we received. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

At first, we perused the menu and ordered margaritas. When they arrived, they tasted just like orange juice—nothing in the description mentioned orange juice. When we brought this up, the server was rude and dismissive. So, we asked to speak with the manager, who was equally unhelpful and informed us that they now use orange juice in all their margaritas. However, the menu had not been updated to reflect this change, which felt deceiving. We requested a margarita made the traditional way, but what they brought us was a bizarre, completely clear drink. We returned the first drink because it tasted nothing like what was expected. To make matters worse, they filled the glass with so much ice that it became almost comical. Additionally, the cheese sauce was overly watery and wouldn’t even stay on a chip—it just ran off. While we understand prices are increasing, cheapening the quality of food can drive customers away instead of inviting them in. It's such a shame, as we used to eat here regularly and had wonderful experiences, like celebrating our daughter's birthday. This place used to be our favorite.

I mean, it's Plaza a clamp for anyone who's around my age and grew up with this white sauce and drinking beer from huge cups through a straw! Also the portion they could have given us with the Fajitas for 2 has fed 4! Alsooo a tip for those who love the white sauce, salsa and chips. You can buy pints from them and extra chips and take it home and eat a complete fat slowly over a week time.

Absolutely fabulous service and meal. We were seated and served immediately! I got the pollo patron and hubby got the enchiladas chipotle! Highly recommend!
