Mcdonald's - Hampton

Finally, a drive-thru option for fast food service! The service was excellent and I will definitely be returning to make sure it wasn't just a one-time thing. I was able to fully enjoy my meal during my lunch break, as I had plenty of time to eat.

I have been to this restaurant twice in the past 2 days, and unfortunately, the quality of service did not improve. The staff seem to be unmotivated and some are not able to be trained properly. It is essential for them to double check orders before handing them out in the drive-thru window. The advertised rate of $12 per hour is not enough to attract employees who truly care about their job.

During my recent visit, I ordered chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce, only to receive no sauce at all. It seems like they somehow knew I wouldn't check the bag! This has happened too many times before. The nuggets were too dry to eat without sauce. Unfortunately, I was on my way to a date and couldn't go back.

Aren't open 24 hours, people working, but not ordering? or just don't want to work. and if they see someone in the thru running gear, maybe they use the headset we saw on their head and let them know so that we don't wait for a mobile job we've already paid for.

I have tried this McDonald’s 3 times now. The first time I got a McFlurry. This thing tasted spoiled! It was disgusting!!!! The second time they just told us they were closed even though they are supposed to be 24 hours, and this last time they just said they were closed for 30 minutes. I have very low expectations for McDonald’s but this is just embarrassing! I will not be going here again, mostly because I’m sure it will be closed!
