The company's organization is terrible, and finding someone to give you proper training is nearly impossible. There is absolutely no flexibility, despite what t... read more The company's organization is terrible, and finding someone to give you proper training is nearly impossible. There is absolutely no flexibility, despite what they claim during the interview process. Corporate seems clueless and often plays a guessing game instead of providing clear guidance. Team members are allowed to belittle and talk down to others, and some shift leaders have a noticeable foul odor. Food often sits out for hours, especially the liver. The back of the restaurant is unsanitary and smells like a mix of sewage and spoiled chicken juices. Additionally, every car that comes through the drive-thru gets pulled aside.

The em... read more I only give this place two stars, because on one visit a while back, everything was excellent.Unfortunately that is not the norm with this establishment. The employees are rude, incompetent, and lazy. I think my most recent visit is going to have to become my last. After many years of experiencing such poor customer service and subpar food, reporting it to corporate, and seeing no changes, it has become clear that the owner of this establishment is not overly concerned with quality of the product or the service at least not at this location.
