Reviews - Jumpin' Jack's Java
Reviews summary
On Hampton Beach’s corner strip, this morning-focused café earns a devoted following for outstanding coffee, moist bagels and hot breakfast sandwiches, plus fresh donuts, muffins and a wide range of flavored drinks. Clean interiors and friendly staff make it a ritual stop for locals and visitors alike. Downsides include occasional service lapses—late or unexplained closures, billing and gluten-free errors—and a reliance on single-use to-go containers. Prices can feel steep for mediocre lunch wraps, but coffee lovers will likely return.
Was John Alhelm at Jumpin' Jack's Java a mag?
This corner location offers a good breakfast sandwich and coffee options among donuts and other baked goods. The donuts seemed fresh, the sandwich was hot. I’ll be going back the next time I’m in the area during the AM. This location loses a star for not thinking more sustainably/environmentally-friendly with their single-use, To-Go cups and containers while being an oceanfront business. What Liz G dislikes about Jumpin' Jack's Java:
We were greeted with a "Sorry, we are closed" sign at 6 AM. We were really hoping to try this restaurant since it's one of the few places on the strip that opens this early. Unfortunately, there was a sign indicating they were closed, and all the chairs and tables were stacked inside. We waited for about 10 minutes before opening, but there was no sign of anyone arriving to open the place. Just a heads-up! View all feedback.

Overcharged. (Refunded when pointed out) Daughter ordered a salad. Explained that she 's gluten free, can 't have bread. No croutons. Get back to the beach...huge wrap (wheat) in her salad. Took it back. Came back with a ten dollar green salad withwilted nasty brown lettuce and something in the mix that 's definitely off ...not edible. Won 't be going back there. Two otherwraps were nothing special...If you 're down with spending forty bucks on a very mediocre beach lunch, this is your place.

The coffee at this establishment is outstanding—truly the best you'll find in the area. My wife and I have turned it into our daily ritual to stop by. The interior is spotless, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. This restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates excellent coffee and breakfast!
This is a wonderful spot to check out in the summer, and even during the off-season, it offers a cozy and welcoming vibe along the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. They serve delicious homemade soups and sandwiches. Breakfast and lunch are available from Wednesday to Sunday, from 6 AM to 2 PM. While you unwind inside Jumpin Jack, you can enjoy the stunning view of the waves.

9/9/20 we had 2 Mexican sunrise sandwich on an Everything bagel and an Asiago and both were delicious! We also had the pumpkin muffin and the pumpkin spice coffee. They were respectful of our dietary requests and very pleasant! I definitely recommend them 100
Food and drinks taste like liquid garbage. Side note. Your delivery truck screams “I’m poor and can’t pronounce big words”.

My family and I visited this place every morning during our vacation, and everything was excellent—breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and muffins. They also offer around 20 different flavors of Red Bull and a variety of flavored iced teas. We'll definitely come back here on our next trip!
I absolutely love your coffee and whoopie pies! A few years ago, you sold T-shirts, tank tops, and lanyards, and I really hope you bring back those items. As a traveling nurse, I wore those shirts all over the world, especially in India—if I had brought a supply with me, I could have sold a ton! Your sandwiches are generous, fresh, and incredibly delicious. The atmosphere in your restaurant feels like a hidden oasis—a true gem! I even drive all the way from Salem, Massachusetts, just to enjoy your coffee. I consider myself your biggest and most loyal fan. With love and appreciation for your coffee and culinary artistry, Chris.

This place is fantastic for having coffee in the morning and enjoying a breakfast sandwich. My personal favorite is the sausage, egg, and cheese on a toasted croissant.
