Dunkin' - Hampton
Dunkin'
Description
Tucked inside a Route 78 gas station, this Dunkin' is a commuter favorite for dependable coffee, specialty drinks and hearty breakfast sandwiches at wallet-friendly prices. Staff are often praised for being friendly and fast, and mobile orders are frequently flawless. However, experiences vary: limited donut selection, occasional order errors, microwaved bagels and inconsistent management responses — including allergy-handling concerns — temper otherwise strong praise. Best for quick takeout pickups rather than leisurely dining.

Very convenient, easy on/off on route 78. Located inside a gas station with one of the lowest prices around and a convenience store. Staff is very friendly. Unlike other stores has a limited variety of donuts, but fear not Dunkin' lover.... all of the great coffee and specialty drinks are available including Cold Brew (Big Wally's favorite). Lots of sandwiches on the menu that are great all day. Service: Take out
I was served by a kind man who provided excellent service. The coffee was fantastic. I ordered takeout for breakfast, and the price per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food a 5, the service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. I highly recommend the donuts!
I frequent Dunkin’ often, but it’s frustrating that the staff, particularly the Asian man and woman, consistently mess up my mobile app orders. I spoke to Dennis, who I believe is the store manager, and his only response was, "Why do you keep coming back then?" I couldn’t help but laugh because seriously, I’m not going to drive across town to Dunkin’ just to be late for work! I ordered an iced chai latte but was given a regular coffee. Then I ordered a Dunkuccino, which is a mix of coffee and hot cocoa, but they gave me a plain dark coffee instead. This place is a joke.
