Only 2 miles from home. Consistently good coffee, with friendly staff. I always order ahead, and servers recognize me when I show up; they tell me it's ready before I reach the counter. They also ask about my wife by name if she is not with me. View all feedback.
What Ashley doesn't like about Dunkin':
The black morning manager with the short hair is disgusting. Her attitude is atrocious. She does not know how to treat her customers at all. The lines are always out of the door and out of the parking lot. I visit this location every day, and I hate seeing her face. Absolutely, horrific! Me and three other customers stood there for 22 minutes. Waiting on a simple coffee. A regular coffee and an iced coffee. Nothing fancy nothing special.

The customer service at this location is horrible! I have tried to give them multiple chances for redemption, however, I keep getting let down. This morning was the final straw when I caught the shift leader/manager, talking about me and my order loudly through the window, as if my order was an inconvenience to her. For context, I ordered a large iced coffee, with 3 creams, 2 sweet and lows, and light ice. When the young lady who took my order repeated it back to me, she said 2 creams and 3 sweet and lows, and I gently corrected her. I was not rude or condescending when I corrected her, so there was no reason for any of the backtalk/attitude I got when I reached the window.I will not visit this location ever again although it is only 1 mile from my home. I will gladly skip to another location, abandon Dunkin altogether, or better yet, continue to make my own coffee at home. I refuse to accept subpar service any longer. Dunkin's corporate office needs to pay this location a visit and clean house.
Customer service is horrible from the manager down to the employees. But from all the previous comments on here regarding the manager and her nasty/hostile attitude, it’s clear corporate doesn’t care.
For the past week every time I ask for something they either don’t have it or tell me I can’t have it a certain way. When I’m a fellow manager at Dunkin so I know they can. Then on top of that every drink I’ve gotten this week mornings mostly has be off. Mostly everyone in there lack proper customer
