Domino's Pizza - Hampton

The last time we ordered pizza, my husband got a meat pizza just for himself. Afterwards, he was violently sick. We would have complained, but we have had previous issues w this store. We just decided Dominoes isn't for us

Ordered a pizza and was told it would be delivered in 40 minutes. Got a call close to the time saying they couldn’t deliver. They said I could order at the one closest to me even though they were 8 minutes away from my home. I won’t completely bash this place because the pizza was absolutely delicious. I have never had a pizza that was seasoned. The flavor was amazing!!!! I gave them a hard enough time when I went in the store cracking jokes about them not delivering. Over all, I’m very satisfied and will return. I should’ve been paid for having to come get my pizza though. I wish I would see them in my area delivering . I’m smashing the dominoes sign on sight!!!

I was surprised with a Supreme service indeed! It was one thing after another: first the speed, then the freshness, the flavor, the quality service, the coupons.....I think there 's a name for this effect ????

Love the stuffed cheesy breads and cinnamon twists! Super Friendly staff! Always welcomed in and greeted with a smile! ???? Fast and affordable! Delivery is always on time!

I will NEVER order from them again! I placed a delivery order on October 21st for the $19.99 special. When I checked my bank account on the 22nd, I saw THREE charges of $28.50, totaling $85.50. I called Domino's and spoke with a manager who said she didn't know what had happened and advised me to contact my bank. She claimed they only charged me $22.66. I asked why I was charged $28.50 if my total was supposed to be $22.66, and all she could say was, "I don't know." I requested a contact number for corporate, and she told me her general manager would be in later and would call me back. However, I never received that call. No one ever followed up with me. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I urge you to check your bank account if you decide to order from them, and honestly, it might be best to AVOID THEM altogether. They are a total RIP-OFF! I'm a VERY DISSATISFIED FORMER CUSTOMER!
