Cook Out - Hampton

I just went up to the window, stood there for 5 min with 3 people who see me, took me to the window and waved my arms to get to the window. I ordered 2 Pommes, had not enough for 2, so just asked for one, woman went away and talked to someone came back and closed the window on me.

I found a mistake in my food when I was done. I trusted you in cooking.

As someone who used to work at a Cook Out, closing is not really a good excuse to tell customers there is only one item they can order from the menu (the bbq sandwich because it is the easiest and fastest to assemble). The food I had finished was good, I just wish it was what I came to order.

The food was quite good, but there was a mix-up with our order. It happens! Just a tip: double-check your order before you leave, especially on 64, lol. The Cajun wrap accidentally given to me instead of the Cajun fries turned out to be a happy mistake—I actually ended up liking it more than the Ranch wrap, which I probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. Long live Cookout!

FAST AND AMAZING!!! I found myself tired, hungry, and short on time. I drove into the drive-through, ordered a strange and inexplicable mix of items, and was on my way in under 60 seconds from beginning to end! Formula 1 pit crews could learn a thing or two from these folks! The food was fresh and delicious!!! Not a single mistake on my order!!! AMAZING!!!
