I love BR ice cream and frequent this location often with no problems. Always clean and service is not terrible. THE ICE CREAM CAKES ARE TRASH THOUGH. TO WHOMEVER IS CONSIDERING IT DONT DO IT. THE CAKE IS FLAVORLESS, THERE IS NO CRUNCH IN THE MIDDLE. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY. GET ONE FROM THE GROCERY STORE INSTEAD. View all feedback.

This location rarely if ever have butter pecan or chocolate chip prepackaged ice cream.
Order two scoops only got one. Staff was not real friendly. I wouldn't recommend this store. Does this look like two scoops
Excellent customer service, not so great flavored milkshakes. It tastes more like milk than any of the flavors I ordered. This was supposed to be strawberry cheesecake, but I only taste milk.
The associate was friendly and helpful. The ice coffee was great.
