One store has chill and frozen units without doors, whi... read more Southampton has two large Sainsbury's stores, but based on our experience, they are quite disappointing. One store has chill and frozen units without doors, while the other, the bigger one, seems to focus mainly on students who are only in the city temporarily, neglecting the needs of full-time local residents. The clothing section in Southampton is almost non-existent. In contrast, the Sainsbury's in Hampton is Sainsbury's at its finest. We only wish we lived closer.
