This restaurant is a hidden gem that is impeccably clean. They have a state-of-the-art Coca-Cola mixing machine that adds a unique touch. Despite the lunch rush, the line moved quickly thanks to the efficient staff. The two girls working together were perfectly in sync, assembling 8 sandwiches in just 10 minutes. What Syd Allen doesn't like about Subway:
Personally, I don't believe a business should answer the phone with just "Hello," but that's just my opinion. I called the restaurant about an issue and the person who answered simply said "Hello," without specifying that it was Subway. I was initially confused and thought I dialed the wrong number. Best subway in town...Nicole is a amazing sandwich artist
I was there on a GH pickup. The order was made 15min before I got there. After I arrived the single worker said she hadn 't gotten to it yet. I waited 10min, saw 4 customers come in off the street, place their orders and leave. When I asked the worker, ma 'am, are you going to make this order? I got attitude, and she said when I get time. I said I have been waiting, this orderwas made at 2:38 and others have gone in front of me. I her the order was paid for, and I have to go. Regular customers gofirst. I responded, no they don 't they go in order of placement. She snapped and said her manager told her to saythat. Well, there was only her, and no manager. So, very poor leadership, training, and customer service. The sad part is Ialso patronize the place, and pick up there 10-15 times a week. Shame on you Subway. If you can 't fill coverage, and train yourpeople then shutter and lock the doors until you can, or never. Because the later will come true faster at this rate.
When we entered the restaurant, the only people inside were us, the customers, and Subway employee Anna. There was also an unknown white female not in Subway uniform behind the counter on her phone. We had come to Subway with the intention of ordering two meals, but after observing Anna's behavior, we decided against it. One of us ordered a six-inch meatball sandwich without toasting, but Anna started to toast it before we stopped her by raising our voice. The sandwich was meant to have meatballs, American cheese, and green bell peppers, but the knife Anna used to fold it was covered in honey mustard, a sauce we did not order. After folding the sandwich, Anna left it on the cutting board while she checked on bread in the oven and the unknown female continued to look at her phone. The sandwich was eventually thrown away without being eaten. Despite the negative experience, the restaurant was clean.
