Mcdonald's - Hampshire

I've given this location a couple tries over the years because I work near by and it's just not good. They forget something every time. The buns seem to always be stale and crunchy. Just not worth the money, Better to just go over to Wendy's or drive to a different location.

Everything was fine except the super loud Mexican lady working in the kitchen talking at the top of her lungs and then you have the super loud Mexican guy also talking at the top of his lungs !!! No customer wants to hear him swearing in Spanish and talking about the night before. Please manage your employees! Thank you.

Slow people , I am waiting long time in the drive thru

It’s a simple order McDouble no cheese. I received a plain one with cheese. I go in. Stand for 10 min unacknowledged to the point where I have to YELL excuse me four times to the man that was five feet away. Actively ignored. Once I did get the cashiers attention she told him he messed the order up. I heard them talking bad about me because I wanted no cheese. Then what did I receive? Two Pattie’s on a bun. No condiments no pickles super plain. Honestly it’s sad you guys can’t ring up an order or make it right. Do better

Very convenient to gas and expressway. Staff were friendly and the food was well prepared.
