Contribute Feedback What Jake Pollak doesn't like about Casey's:
I decided to order a pizza from Casey's because it is closest to my house compared to another location on my way home. Unfortunately, the manager, Caryn, was not very nice. Her overall attitude was unpleasant - she sounded like she didn't want to be there and had no enthusiasm. It really put a damper on my evening. However, on a positive note, the food was fantastic. My large pepperoni and sausage pizza was delicious and better than 90% of other pizza places.
I frequently travel in the Midwest and have visited many Casey's locations, but this one is not like the others. Each time I visit, only about half of the coolers are stocked with beverage options. The employees seem disinterested and unfriendly, and there is often a line of 3-4 people waiting. The bathrooms are usually dirty, and the whole store feels like it could use a good cleaning. A convenience store should provide a safe and enjoyable experience, well-stocked products, quick service, and friendly staff, but this location fails in all of these areas. They could maybe take some tips from Kwik Trip or QT.
