I ordered two drinks and some food from this Dunkin' late on a Saturday afternoon, and the two young employees had terrible attitudes right from the start. Friendly service and always a smile! Always gets the food right...that's so important...it means they are customer focused and in the moment
This Dunkin has to be one of the slowest around. Got a coffee two days ago 11 minutes in the Drive-Thru. Ordered online today at 1:50 p.m. , took under 2 minutes to get there and then sat in the drive-thru line until 2:10, needless to say coffee is cold notmade to order. And once you get in the Drive-Thru line if there's cars behind you you're stuck so you can't go update:8/2/2022thought i would give it one more try...noone in line at Drive-Thru, waited 1 minute sitting to hear we will be with you....ok ..wait another 5 mins to hear nothing more but see chatting inside...DONE...drove to Somers location 12 south rd somes ct, wasthru drive thru, got coffee with a smile and great attitude in UNDER 45 SECS...worth the drive, AVOID THIS ONE and go to somers

It's consistently good as always, though it's getting a bit pricey. The coffee is fantastic!
