Hands down the best place to get fresh and delicious seafood in Hammonton. The owners really care to serve the freshest and highest quality fish. The shrimps are brilliant and the garlic shrimps are amazing. It never smells like a fish business that is a big plus in my book. View all feedback.

My family and I are moats of vital seafood since they were opened in the early 1980s. They are the only fish seafood market in the area, and they are really a hidden treasure because they are difficult to find if you do not know where you are looking (or know the easiest way to get into the parking lot). Their seafood is always fresh and visible to all. I especially love their Scottish salmon, which is deep orange color and extremely tasteful. It grills very well and can hold up to marinades. I am also a big fan of her little cuffs, which I steam in a fried garlic, Italian parsley and tomato broth and serve over thin pasta like Cappellini. In addition to their fresh seafood, they also have prefabricated items such as their crab cakes. For crab cakes you can take home, these * are the best I ever had. They have different flavors (Debbies, named after the woman owner of the company) is a little spicy, while Grandma is a bit more traditional flavored. They also have bruised people who are healthier. Your soups are also incredible, and you can buy them frozen by the pint. My favorite is the seafood knower, and I ask my parents to buy it when I come to visit. Tony, Debbie, her son and other workers are great. They are experts in cutting fish (Tony has actually won the Samuel’s Seafood Award for his talents), and can tell you how to prepare everything they wear. You always do it with a smile, and if you are a regular, a great sense of humor. Since they're a little hard to find, please get out of the way to do that. This hidden treasure must be shared with all southern New Jersey!
