Was Cara J at Illiano's a mag?
For the main course, I had the chicken Marsala, which was outstanding. My friend ordered the chicken Francese and said it was one of the best she’s ever tasted. Since it’s her favorite dish, she really knows her stuff! We’re looking forward to coming back to try the pepperoni pizza with hot honey. What mary pantalione dislikes about Illiano's:
The seafood pasta was overly fishy and lacked flavor. The chicken Marsala was surprisingly thin—thinner than I’ve ever seen. When the waitress offered dessert, we asked for coffee, but she said they were out. Then she added that they had coffee but couldn’t brew a fresh pot since they were closing soon. Came here running tonight with my friend who has eaten here before. Food was amazing and large portions. Had the best coconut shrimp I've ever tasted. The shrimp, 6 of them, were the largest I've ever seen for parmigiana. I wish we had gotten ourserver's name because she went over and above, not just giving us service, but hospitality. Looking forward to coming again.This is an updated review. Returned again today September 24, with our same server. Her name is Laurie. Maher sure to requesther when you come on the weekends. She's great and so is the food.

Food was terrible. The Penne Vodka was watery and not very flavorful Egg plant parm was definetely frozen and reheated by the time I got to the center it was cold and watery underneath which is a sure sign it was frozen. Service was slow and we werenever asked how our food was. Wasnt busy so I'm not sure why it took 20 minutes from the time I got my salad to get mymeal. Fresh baked rolls I dont think so the top one was soft the others hard and definetely day old. Very disappointing. Willnot be returning.
