She mentioned to a cowor... read more The woman that waited on us in the drive thru today had reddish dyed hair and was not wearing her mask, it was pulled down to her chin. She mentioned to a coworker that the man in front of us ?definitely had covid? while giving us change. Pretty uncomfortable. Besides this one encounter we?ve always had excellent service here and I?d recommend it still, minus this woman. There was a woman with super thick beautiful dirty blonde hair here for the longest time and she gave the best customer service and always remembered us.

My interaction with her was at the busiest part of the morning and she still took the time to make my order. It?s because of her, that I will continue to go to Dunkin. Thank you.

The last two visits, I had to pull up and wait with... read more This is the worst Dunkin' location I've ever visited. Every time, they consistently give me the wrong order. The last two visits, I had to pull up and wait without anyone bringing my food, and they didn’t intend to bring it out at all, forcing me to go inside to pick it up. The Dunkin' on the Pike is an absolute disaster.
