The woman that waited on us in the drive thru today had reddish dyed hair and was not wearing her mask, it was pulled down to her chin. She mentioned to a coworker that the man in front of us ?definitely had covid? while giving us change. Pretty uncomfortable. Besides this one encounter we?ve always had excellent service here and I?d recommend it still, minus this woman. There was a woman with super thick beautiful dirty blonde hair here for the longest time and she gave the best customer service and always remembered us.
Went at 11am on a Saturday to get some donuts, only to be told that they have ran out of donuts. The girl was rude and said ?Yes we ran out since this morning.? This morning?! It?s 11am ITS STILL MORNING! YOUR NAME IS DUNKING DONUTS HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF DONUTS?! ITS 11 AM! The girl was rude, not surprised I?ve been seeing people complain about them all summer long. Will be trying the Dunkin in Folsom better.
Druve thru slow..15 min for chai 2 people before me and then wrong order.bad move on a lunch braek.
I've been in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes and I've barely moved two cars forward. I've never encountered anything like this before. It's 9 AM and the inside isn't even open? This place really needs to reevaluate its operations.
I've visited this restaurant three times lately, and each visit has been disappointing. Whenever I pointed out that my order was incorrect, they simply responded, "you get what you ordered." For example, a few weeks ago, I ordered a hot coffee with caramel, but I was served black coffee with avocado toast instead. The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional, and it appears they can't seem to get anyone's orders right. I think they need to be replaced as soon as possible.
