I've been a fan of Coop since it was first opened when it was deliver/carryout only. I have NEVER had a bad experience, it just keeps getting better. Best wings ib town! I highlu recommend the Spicy Garlic Romano Ranch wings, the flavor is to die for! The staff is great and the dining experience is as well.

The salad o... read more The service here is unbelievably slow—it's just ridiculous. I called at 3:34 PM to order a simple chicken salad, and I didn’t receive it until 4 PM. The salad only had bacon, cheese, and chicken, and I was the only customer at the time, yet it still took 30 minutes. I've ordered wings twice, and each time it took almost 45 minutes just to get an 8-piece order. Coop De Ville on West Thomas is painfully slow for no apparent reason.

While I understand the policies in place, wh... read more This review isn’t about the food, which has always been excellent. Instead, I want to focus on your manager, Brian. While I understand the policies in place, which can be frustrating yet justifiable, what I cannot overlook is my experience when I walked into the restaurant right after getting off the phone with him. He was speaking about me to other customers, completely unaware that I was the person he had just spoken to. It was highly unprofessional, and I couldn’t help but feel embarrassed for everyone present when I said, “Yes, the lady you’re talking about is me.” The situation had nothing to do with them and shouldn’t have been a topic of conversation at all.
