Tops Pizza - Hammersmith and Fulham

The delivery was excellent, the pizza was delicious. We ordered from Just Eat and it arrived very warm. To top it off, we received free ice cream with our order!

This is the worst pizza I have ever eaten. It was pan-baked and the tomato sauce appeared lumpy (I could see the man making it, and it was not a pretty sight). The cheese was extremely thick, about 2cm, and the pizza was incredibly greasy. It tasted like chemicals. I wouldn't even recommend this pizza to my worst enemy. It should be considered a crime to make and serve such a terrible dish.

I have to admit that their pizzas are quite tasty especially their thick dough. I have been ordering with them for a few years now but there has been so many mistakes these past orders that I decided to give up. They are usually 15 30mn to deliver. We know that and we take it into account when ordering. These past months it has been more like 30mn to 1hr late. Sometimes you call them after 30mn and they tell you that the pizzas are leaving the store (they usually rush a driver because they forgot the order and seem completely lost). The pizzas then arrive completely cold and you know someone forgot them somewhere. Then you have the most recent order which arrived 40mn late as expected but the pizzas arrived smashed inside their box (See picture) and SEVERAL items were missing on the three pizzas. i decided that this time I would contact them and complain. They responded several days later asking for my order number which I quickly provided. It took them again several days then they told me they were not responsible for the order but will investigate the store who took the order. i never heard from them again. So in the end I paid for smashed pizzas and missing items!!! Customer service was useless!

This pizza place is fantastic. I have ordered from this location multiple times and it never disappoints. The delivery is incredibly fast, with the pizza always arriving in under 30 minutes. The quality of the pizza is consistently top-notch, always piping hot. It is the only place my partner and I frequent - trust me!

We’ve ordered twice so far during our stay in London. Perfect food for the end of a long day’s exploring. Amazing pizzas and great service!
