I recently dined at Fulham Wine Rooms for the second time with a group of 12 people. I believe this restaurant offers great value for the high quality of food they serve. While I found the tuna tartare lacking in seasoning, a dash of salt and pepper easily fixed that. The filet steak was exceptional, comparable to what you would find in a top steakhouse.
