What Hallana N dislikes about Donde Carlos:
The manager was very friendly and allowed my puppy to come inside. However, the waitress did not bring all of the items we ordered, including a complimentary soup that we never received despite asking for it multiple times. I ended up getting sick after eating at the restaurant and spent two days vomiting. The only positive aspect of the experience was the kind manager. View all feedback.

This is the best Colombian restaurant in London. The food was so delicious, it reminded me of being back home. The quality of their food really shines through in every bite.
This charming, genuine restaurant offers an incredible variety of delicious food. The portions are generous and delicious. Thank you for sharing the flavors of Colombia for both fans of this cuisine and newcomers alike!
The restaurant is clean and the service is fantastic, it is situated in a convenient location. The food is incredibly tasty and the portion sizes are just right. Colombian cuisine is top-notch!
Have been this place many times, one of best value places in west London.
I just simply loved it! Delicious and typical Colombian food, I will be back soon.
At this Colombian restaurant, diners are treated to an authentic culinary experience characterized by flavorful dishes and generous portions. While the food, including favorites like Bandeja Paisa and Empanadas, consistently garners praise, the service has faced criticism. Many guests reported long waits and a lack of attentiveness from staff, impacting their overall enjoyment. Despite these service shortcomings, the warm atmosphere and delicious cuisine have led to strong support from loyal patrons, keeping the spirit of Colombian dining alive. Ultimately, while the food shines, potential visitors may want to temper their expectations regarding customer service.

This restaurant is an absolute delight. I have visited twice before and will definitely be back. The food is amazing - delicious, well-cooked, and the portions are huge! We even had enough leftovers to take home. It is perfectly cooked and worth every penny!
This is a beautiful and small Colombian restaurant here in this city and I often come to this place. the restaurant is not too big and therefore I would recommend booking in advance. bandeja paisa was perfectly cooked and generously sized. sobrebarriga was refreshing. worth a visit!
I eat at this restaurant every day because it's close to my office in Hammersmith. I always order the lunch special, which includes a choice of two soups and 3-4 side dishes (with options like steak, chicken, pork, or fish). My favorite is the seafood soup on fish-free days, with squid rings, mussels, and fish meat in a thick, flavorful broth. They also offer a whole Tilapia as a supplement. The meal comes with a refreshing sugar cane drink made from unprocessed sugar cane blocks, which is less sweet than store-bought fizzy or juice drinks. All this for only £7-8.
Recently, I have been accustomed to relying solely on myself. There is something truly freeing about not having to answer to anyone but oneself. It is only I, myself, and me who know exactly what I want and need. It is a joy to visit a restaurant that is so authentic that everyone is speaking Spanish. It is even more satisfying when the restaurant looks and feels like being invited into someone's home. Everything here feels homemade. So...I had to share. I know, I was surprised. It is unexpected! They understand that the portion sizes are generous here. They go all out. Be prepared to bring your A-game. My verdict is that...
This place has become my new favorite restaurant Colombia! definitely recommend! the prices are reasonable.

The restaurant review described a negative experience with a young female waitress who had a rude attitude. Despite waiting over an hour for starters, the waitress served other tables before theirs, even those who arrived after them. She was patronizing when they couldn't pronounce items on the menu or speak Spanish. The reviewer lamented that the waitress's behavior tainted an otherwise enjoyable dining experience. They noted that the food was good but felt that the overall experience would have been better with better service.
The waiter was really cheery and friendly. The food is excellent value for money. I ordered the Bandeja Paisa for £13.90 and it had fried belly pork, beef steak, chorizo, kidney bean soup, fried egg, rice, plantain and arepa. The restaurant is cosy and good atmosphere.
Decided to try this place and order food to take away. From the outside it looks like a very small untidy place. But as you walk in you are pleasantly surprised it’s lovely and spacious. The staff are welcoming and the food absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend.
Booked a table for 7.30pm for 3 Ppl on the 4th Sep. We ran late so by the time we got there we got told that we could only order take away. Placed a take away order and waiter told us I’d only take 5 minutes. Asked us to wait so we asked for a drink while we were waiting but the waiter denied it. Food took 15 minutes to turn up. When we got the take away bag I tried and explain to the waiter by the name “Ian” that I brought my friends there for the first time and I was expecting a much better service. They said we couldn’t stay in the restaurant but yet there were about 8 ppl dining and placing orders. The waiter started “dishing us out” as he didn’t want to listen. Waiter was very unwelcoming. Quite disappointed and now my friends do not want to return on the back of the less than mediocre service. Food was good but like I said service appalling. Shame, you to blame “Ian”.
I come here all the time with family and friends amazing food big portions so tasty you have to try!

I went to this restaurant with two of my friends last week and we all had a great time. The calamari was excellent and the other dishes we tried were also delicious. We will definitely come back again.
We had a fantastic dinner at this restaurant with authentic Colombian cuisine. The portions were generous for the price and tasted delicious. I ordered the Saturday special which included a hearty chicken soup with potatoes, green plantain, and half a cob of corn. The main dish was pork chops with fried green plantain, rice, and a small salad. We also tried the seafood platter, which had a great selection of fresh shellfish, rice, and plantain bread. The soursop smoothie was refreshing and not overly sweet. The atmosphere and service were excellent. We will definitely return to try more dishes in the future.
Puro Sabor, traditional Colombian dishes and favours.
So authentic colombian food ever its quantity, quality all great! Their customer service is so heartwarming so highly recommended!
