Caffe Nero Fulham Road

The service at this restaurant is always excellent. I come here regularly for my coffee and I am never disappointed. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, always with a smile on their faces.

I ordered two slices of cake and two lattes at this restaurant. I received a rude look and was given dirty spoons to eat my cake with instead of clean forks. It took a long time for them to clean the table. The cake was stale by noon, and when I requested a refund after taking one bite, I was told it was not possible. The staff was also rude and unfriendly. I would not recommend eating or drinking here due to the poor service, stale food, and dirty cutlery.

The manager of Tasty's in Fulham is a friendly and kind gentleman who treats his customers with great respect. He engages in conversation with regulars, like myself, and provides quick and efficient service that caters to each person's unique needs. He goes above and beyond to make customers feel valued and welcomed. The food is nutritious with a diverse menu and provides excellent value for money. I highly recommend this cafe.

Not accepting cash. Go spend your money with a sole that wants your custom trusts their staff. Behaviour typical of homogenised bland brand! Staff apologetic but not interested in passing message to the dull folk at head office.

I had a stop here for an afternoon coffe. The cortado was excellent and the abricot pastry delicious.
