I was in this restaurant this Sunday to order take-away food and upon arrival the restaurant was almost empty there were only 6 people to eat. We talked to the waitress and she is a very nice girl but she should be able to speak in Norwegian . we speak in English, we ordered the food and we told her in two occasions that it was to take away after waiting for approximately 20 minutes we headed to collect the food and it turns out that It is served on plates and not to take away, we inform you of the error and the treatment of food was not the cleanest taking the hamburgers with the hands without gloves and throwing the potatoes inside the take-out box .when I arrive home I find surprises that the order is not delivered, we ordered the children's hamburgers with bacon and no bacon and one of my children's hamburgers had two pieces of meat while the other only brought one and we ordered them the same, my wife asked for her meny with a vaffel potatoes and they put normal potatoes and vaffel legs. the burgers were good but the service is not very good. if they do it so badly with few clients or want to imagine when it is full as it will be

The food is okay but the atmosphere is cold like the weather. Order and get your food yourselves. It seems every restaurant owner copies the succes of their competition so all restaurants serve about the same in Hammerfest. Kind of sad if you stay here for 2 or 3 days.

Burger well done (I guess that says it all , aioli bland, loaded fries with pizza(! spices and some ingredients missing. However, they have a good selection of beer. One star for ok service, the other for the beer selection.

Waited over an hour for my food while seeing other people that ordered after me getting their food when it was gonna take 15 minutes. On another occasion I ordered takeaway and I still had to wait 20 minutes over the scheduled time. Prices are also very stiff. Mistakes also very often occur with the burgers making it so you don't always get what you ordered.
