First time we went, we ordered burgers and waited and waited, asked for an update on our order for 6, only to be told over an hour later that they didn't have any. Gentleman who stated that he was the owner came and was very apologetic so we decided to give them another opportunity. Second time, ordered burgers again for the kids, took almost an hour AGAIN after chasing the order AGAIN. Burger patty was clearly frozen and not fresh and the bun was stale. Grilled chicken took so long to come that everyone else had finished their lunch, chicken was minuscule and not worth the value so we sent it back as the rest of our table was ready to leave Spoke to a lady who claimed to be the manager and was met with no remorse or apology, we left after having paid the bill in FULL. As a British tourist. I advise everyone to avoid this establishment at all costs and spend your money elsewhere.

They inpu... read more This is the second time we have come to High Square. The first time, the service was terrible. One out of 6 dishes came and we waiting an hour for it. They inputted our order incorrectly and tried to give us adults nuggets. The second time, it was my last day in Tunisia. The staff were all on their phones on tiktok and Facebook. They were socialising with one another. Again, 5 out of 6 dishes arrived an hour and a half late. When speaking to the manager, the manager didn’t care that the staff were on their phones. Their burgers were frozen and the bread was old. How did this take an hour and a half to make. The sad thing is that we have come to High square previous years and it has been amazing. I would not recommend High Square to anyone. Absolutely poor in every aspect of hospitality.
