If something was wrong, I always sorted it out by phone and received a replacement. What I experienced today was so outrageous and unbelievable. I ordered pizzas, and one out of three was missing an ingredient. On the phone, I was asked to send pictures as proof to a private number via WhatsApp. After that, I was given a runaround and then no response. That's so rude and unprofessional. I won't be treated like that as a customer. Disrespectful and outrageous. He could see the hollandaise on the pizza, which I couldn't, and it didn't taste good either. That was my last order.
