I spent $20.00 on the bucket special, and the chicken tasted like it had been cooked yesterday! It was a terrible waste of money! Typically, there's no chicken available during dinner hours!
I was really disappointed to find out they didn’t have any chicken available! Despite that, the staff took my order and payment anyway, and then offered excuses while trying to get me to choose something else. This has happened to me before; they often forget parts of my order. When will they get their act together? I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone!
The restaurant is under new management and has become significantly cleaner. The food also tastes fantastic!

I stopped by for a quick dinner to take home and, after placing my order and paying, I waited nearly an hour for my food. It was a huge disappointment. My husband wanted to try the bowl, but it turned out to be just mashed potatoes drowning in gravy with four chicken nuggets. I ordered extra crispy chicken pieces and mashed potatoes, but what I got were five undercooked chicken strips and cold mashed potatoes. I ended up throwing the entire meal away and called the corporate office for feedback. I'm still waiting to hear back. I don't know what the issue is at this location. Is it a staffing problem? The women working were doing their best, but honestly, this place needs to close until they can get the help they require. This wasn't my first visit, but it will definitely be my last.
