However, some team members at the drive-thru could benefit from additional training in patience and professionalism. Customers have the right to ask questions, and it’s important that they receive answers without sarcasm. Staff should take the time to fully understand customer inquiries and orders instead of rushing through them. Hasty responses can come off as rude and make customers feel undervalued, potentially causing them to reconsider their decision to make a purchase. Overall, the food is excellent and was the main reason for my visit. However, it's clear that some staff members could use more training. When customers don't know who is taking their order, it leads to uncertainty about the quality of service provided by the entire team.
