The Seafood Laksa had a nice broth, but there was very little seafood in it. The Vegetarian Dumplings were bland and had an odd taste. The Special Fried Rice didn’t stand out at all, and the stir-fried noodles with mushrooms were also rather bland, with very few vegetables.

This is probably the best Chinese restaurant in Newcastle. I have never found this authentic Sichuan cuisine in Australia! I ordered my favorite Maoxuewang, Fat Intestine Chicken, Fat Beef in Sour Soup, Spicy Stir-fried Chicken with Millet, and a cold dish. At first, everyone complained that they ordered too much and couldn’t finish it, but in the end they moved on to the disc because it was so delicious! And the service is pretty good too Food: 5
