Recently went to the Hamilton Station Hotel in Islington. It was a Friday night so the bar area was busy but we had no trouble getting a table. There was a young guy playing guitar and the staff were friendly and professional. The meal was great - we had the Ribs with Bourbon and BBQ sauce - a huge serve with chips and salad. What User doesn't like about Sniddy's Schnitzel Steak and Seafood:
They have kind of lost the charm of when they were up the road. They are in the Station Hotel and frankly just stick to the $12 bar meal sniddy as you pay way more for the restaurant sniddys. You will be full after a full priced meal and I think some people may get a kick out of their meals. Judge for yourself but don't expect classy or awesome and see what you reckon View all feedback.
We tried Korean BBQ for the first time and were very pleased. The host and staff were welcoming and friendly, and the food was delicious. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable pricing, as we expected it to be more expensive. We had a great time and will definitely be returning.
The restaurant was clean, the customer service was exceptional and went above and beyond the norm for Korean cuisine. Highly recommended for Korean food in Newcastle. Gluten-free choices are also offered.
The Korean cuisine at this restaurant is excellent. The owner takes great care in producing most of the ingredients in-house and also imports some high-quality cuts of meat from Sydney. The service is top-notch as well.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. We got the family meal and the portion sizes were reasonable. Had a good time with friends here.
Can't stress how good this place is enough. I've been to many different Korean restaurants all through Sydney and Newcastle and this one is by far the best. You get more than what you pay for along side outstanding customer service with food being delivered to your table within 15 minutes. Presentation is gorgeous and the general vibe of the place is quite lovely. Only difficulty is actually finding the entrance, which is located up the stairs next to the cold rock ice creamery
