Goodtime Burgers - HAMILTON SOUTH

My partner and I are regulars at the Newcastle location of this restaurant. The staff always greet us warmly and the burgers we order are consistently delicious. I cannot speak for other locations based on reviews, but the burgers at the Newcastle store are always cooked to perfection, topped with flavorful sauces. Even during busy times, we are typically served our meal within 20 minutes. In the rare event that there is a mistake with our order (usually due to my customizations), the kitchen staff are quick to rectify the error and apologize. After trying these burgers, I can't imagine ordering from anywhere else as I am never disappointed. This restaurant never fails to impress me.

Last night, I visited the newy store and tried the weekly schnitzel burger with the chicken bite topper. It was delicious and satisfying, I would definitely recommend it.

The restaurant was absolutely delicious. Despite it being a busy night, we were served in a timely manner, which was surprising. Our table was ready for us as soon as we arrived. The service was fantastic and we couldn't find anything to fault. Our burgers and fries arrived just ten minutes after we ordered, and I have to say, the Royale with cheese was the best burger I've ever had. The mac and cheese ball on top just made my day. It was seriously amazing, and I will definitely be coming back here often. Thank you, guys!

Good time Burgers at The Exchange Hotel Hamilton, Newcastle! What service! First time there was last night and you guys did not disappoint ... Food was amazing! Service from both Kitchen and Bar staff, just so welcoming. Thankyou for living up too all expectations!! Will defiantly be returning.

We had the burger with stroganoff sauce and Mac n cheese arancini on top. Very highly recommended! Good ales on tap too.
