Here is expected to be overwhelmed with celiac friendly options, but was super disappointed to see that gluten-free and non-glue-free foods have been mixed throughout the closet when I asked what celiac would be safe, I was not told from the menu as they do not have seperate frit and I saw that an employee use the same pair of pliers for gluten-free and not gluten-free foods. Best GF cake selection in the city. The amount of delicious GF bowls.
All the food that was available at the time I went was gluten free. Amazing sweet selection, but went a bit late, as most savory had sold. Only downfall was that the spices are very big and expensive $9 a slice). Had a savoury muffin and it was yum and the chocolate brownie was very rich, but the coconut cream helped.

Always amazing healthy GF options and staff willing to accommodate all needs. My fav cafe in Hamilton! The raw slices are heavenly.
Loads of yum GF cabinet food and plenty on the menu as well. Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
