Bliss bakery is 100% gf, and 100% safe for Coeliacs. The food is beautifully presented, a bit like the gorgeous gf patisseries in Europe, and just as delicious. I wish I lived in Hamilton so I could go there regularly. They have a great Facebook page. Their hours are limited so check they’re open before you go. View all feedback.
The owner/baker has Coeliac Disease so understands about being super careful. Everything is gluten free in the shop and super yummy.
Amazing eating, owner is zöliakie and makes everything fresh, always something else. also has a possibility to buy frozen family cake, garlic brote, kuchen ect would not know that it was gf if I was not told! 10/10
Everything is extremely fresh, and every time I visit, there is always something new and new. they had brotmuffins I bought last time. these are great with all kinds of beats.

Omg best brot we ever tasted so soft and tasty! we spent a little wealth, but it was worth every penny, their pulled loaves are to die! very recommended! full gluten-free and so many delicious sweet tasty!
