I was here this afternoon (1230pm) and I was super impressed by the cashier (long brown hair) There was the most difficult and rudest customer in front of me and the cashier was beyond patient and gave the customer so much grace. She went above and beyond because this customer treated her terribly. So thank you Subway Hamilton for hiring customer first focused employees. Kudos to her! View all feedback.

You all keep posting for your new products, (chocolate chip cookie). However every time I go in to get one for my sister, you conveniently are out. Don't advertise something you never have. View all feedback.
The young kid that made my sandwich was very rude. I could not hear what he said and asked him what and he snapped at me. I don't care if you are having a rough day you still need to be pleasant to your customers.

Just placed a order online for my wife to pick up and the lights are off and nobody is even their my card is showing a charge for food I didn't even receive they have lost my business permanently !
