Rib City Grill - Hamilton

This restaurant does not deserve a single star. Mike is a horrible manager and based on other reviews, it seems he regularly hangs up on customers. I was calling from out of town to order food for my best friend's family after their passing, but apparently I was an inconvenience to Mike. I was willing to spend several hundred dollars at the restaurant, but Mike couldn't handle anything beyond a typical night.

I just want to express my gratitude! My husband and I came to dine at the restaurant tonight, for the first date night we've had this year. We were seated promptly, but unfortunately, we were then ignored by the staff. After observing the servers chatting and attending to other tables, we decided to leave and go to El Mariachi across the street. We were promptly seated there, and chips and salsa were quickly brought to our table, along with a margarita on the way. I am currently enjoying my drink while eagerly waiting for my anticipated meal of tacos. The service at El Mariachi is excellent. Therefore, thank you for making sure that we will not be returning to your restaurant; we now know where to find good service!

I tried to give them several hundreds dollars of business but Mike can?t handle anything other than a regular night if that.

Always the best food and quick getting our order. Our lady server had way too much perfume on. I had to leave. My asthma can't take it. Great food!!!

I gotta half rack of ribs, 2 sides and Texas toast lunch special for $12. I recommend the baked beans. Good craft beers too. Server was very friendly. Very satisfied!
