Located at 16 Bay Rd, it was originally home to the South Hamilton Post Office where residents could send and receive letters. The building, also known as "the brick block building", has now been transformed into a welcoming dining and drinking destination called Post. Guests can experience a unique tradition by "Ring the Bell" to show appreciation for the hard-working kitchen and waitstaff. Whether you're looking to enjoy a meal with family and friends, have a drink and appetizer, or grab some takeout, Post is here to welcome you, rain or shine.

The food was unbelievably good we’ll be back time and time again (and will order the saltimbocca every time!
We have been to this restaurant at least once a week for the last 2 months. The host, has never once smiled at us, or offered the most basic greeting such as, hi . He is so unpleasant that if not for convenience, I would rather go literally anywhere else. This young man is not an asset to the restaurant, he is a deterrent for loyal customers who want to feel slightly welcomed.
We went for a birthday dinner at 7:30 on a Saturday night. We reserved a table for 5 away from the fire and they gave us a table for 4 on top of the fire. The fire turned out ok, but the table was tight luckily one of our party is a tween. But other than that hiccup, everything was excellent. Server Tim was friendly, helpful and prompt. Kitchen was fast and food was excellent. Menu had several price points which was nice: cocktails were good and reasonably priced. We will definitely be back!
Server was patient with our party of 8 people. Food was very good. Nice and comfortable feeling inside.
We requested a table by the fireplace early (at 5 PM) for a birthday celebration, but somehow we were seated by the door while other tables remained empty throughout our visit. Frustrating! The service was slow and a bit strange, but the food was good. Unfortunately, the fire was barely lit—if it had been stronger, the atmosphere would have been much nicer. They really need to stock up on propane for the weekends; it makes a significant difference! Overall, it was just okay.
