We stopped at the McDonald's in Hamilton, NY after leaving the Hamilton Farmer's market. (We are from Syracuse) I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the gentlemen cashier and other employees were at this location. And how clean it was. Congratulations to a dedicated staff. My family and I have dined at this restaurant multiple times and have consistently been disappointed with our orders. We have had to wait extended periods for our food each time, resulting in an overall negative experience. View all feedback.

I walked in here due to social reasons. Sorry I can't say anything about the food that hasn't already been said. Pleasant staff though!

Friendly employees with excellent customer service.

No veggie burger, they suggested i take a big mac and they would remove the meat

I was there a few weeks ago and the older gentleman that waited was in good spirits. It's nice to still see that nowadays.
