I had dinner there with friends, and both the food and service were great. I have no complaints.

The service, food, and staff are always exceptional! My only complaint is that the TV only shows boring sports. Come on, folks, isn't there enough competition from sports bars out there?

As someone who has worked in customer service for a long time, I have one suggestion for management: I noticed the manager standing at the bar and at the entrance to the kitchen several times. We made eye contact, but he never came over to our table to welcome us, inquire about our service, or thank us for dining there. In my experience, having management be hands-on and engaging with guests helps foster a stronger relationship with long-time customers.

I hate to admit it, but I absolutely love this place! I've only eaten here once, but the service is outstanding! The ribs are the best item on the menu. I'll definitely be coming back at least twice a month. They are quick, and my order has always been correct! Kudos to the management and staff! Food rating: 5/5.

I’m convinced I’ve had some tough steaks before. I find myself needing to salt each bite due to my low blood pressure, which might sound a bit exaggerated. Nevertheless, the experience was getting a bit dull. On a positive note, the service was good, though it wasn’t exactly exceptional; it was adequate but not outstanding. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, while the broccoli could have been cooked a little less, but it was still very tasty. Unfortunately, they didn’t pay attention when I requested my salad dressing on the side. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it’s something a waitress should ideally catch. I realize I might be a bit picky, especially since I tend to scrutinize things more in the evening. Overall, I can’t really complain about the meal—it was delicious. The atmosphere left something to be desired, but that’s not something the restaurant can be blamed for.
