The customer service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The women at the drive-thru raised their voices at me and practically tossed my order at me because I didn't inform them that I was there for pick-up, even though I had already mentioned it at the speaker.
This restaurant is awful. The customer service is abysmal and the food is consistently prepared incorrectly. The wait time is always long, even for basic orders, and the drinks are never consistent. The employees have an unwelcoming attitude towards customers.
The service was awful. I visited the drive-thru and asked the server to repeat what she said due to the loud traffic noise. However, I observed her complaining and impatiently gesturing into her microphone.
My drink was fine but they need to put a do not enter sign right by the exit of the drive through. Me and another costumer both pulled in and had to back out once realizing the sign pointing to the drive trough was not indicating to pull in there, but to go around. Although I will say I was not paying attention to why the first costumer was backing out, so that was a mistake on my part
