Dunkin' - Hamilton

Dunkin is downhill. had such a lot of donuts, not so much now. it wasn't in old and it'll take a long time to get back. the donuts were in order.

It was very slow when I went in but it took really long to make my sandwich and coffee. The food was just OK and normally I love it. Not much effort by the staff working. No greeting, burnt food and burnt tasting coffee. I did like the store, the chairs were very comfortable and I appreciated the wi-fi.

Went inside the lobby to eat. Very, very friendly employees. Had donuts, delicious although my favorite is still Krispy Cream. My friend had the sausage and egg croissant..but he wasn't impressed. He also had the hash browns which are more like tater tots as they were quite stingy. They only gave him 5..and they were kind of cold. I had one and didn't like it either. Then two ants crawled on our table so we left. They need to spray in there for pests. The tables were a bit dirty with crumbs. Other than that everything okay.

I have since been back and the service is much better, new employees. The below review reflects on the employees that were working at the time. Lack of employees has made this a bad location to get donuts. 2 people working. drive thru out to the road. Out of glazed twist which is a staple donut at any donut shop. Next time I am sticking with mom and pop donut shop

I have been frequenting this restaurant for many years and I have noticed a significant improvement in the past year. At one point, I even changed my route to work just to avoid the previous location because the service was terrible and they never had what I wanted. However, I am happy to report that the new faces at this location are all friendly, the service is great, and they always have exactly what I am looking for. Plus, my coffee is always perfect.
