Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hamilton

This place is always filthy. The trash cans are always overflowing, the tables are disgusting, and something is always broken. Last night it was the ice machine, before that it was the payment system. They had run out of toppings and had no lids for the small kids cups. The manager couldn’t care less about the way things are presented or run. Thankfully the food you could get tasted good. We may just order take out but from what we see there that too is a disaster. I’ll try to find another local store and pray that they are better.

My partner and i ordered our chipotle online which was ready for us when we got there. when we walked into the establishment, we grabbed our food from the online order rack. when we went up to the girl at the register i was stared at until i spoke. she did not ask “may i help you” or anything, just a blank stare giving me a dirty look. when i asked her if we could have two water cups she angrily grabbed them and aggressively threw the cups toward me in which she then walked away. my partner and i were the ONLY people in this establishment and our two orders were the only ones on the rack. they were not busy as they usually are and my partner and i were nothing but polite. the lack of manners and hospitality that this employee showed us is unacceptable.

I got found a hair in my food. definitely wasn't mine and was in the BOTTOM of my bowl. thankfully i mix my bowls before eating.

Zero starts. They’re “online only” and won’t take your order even if you’re standing in front of them. Totally unprofessional and unnecessary. What if you don’t have a phone? What if you don’t have internet? Idiotic system. Next!

It all began this weekend. I was headed to chipotle for a bowl of delectable treats. As I was choosing my ingredients I couldn't help but notice a short brown haired man crouched in the corner rubbing his nuts all over the guacamole. This is simply unacceptable and now after thinking about it, the guacamole had a cheesy aftertaste to it so not only is this employee barbaric but he is also unclean. I will not tolerate this and will never order from this chipotle again.
