Waited nearly for order when phoned to inquire about order was told there was a mix up with the order and it had to be re done and was on its way, when order fi... read more Waited nearly for order when phoned to inquire about order was told there was a mix up with the order and it had to be re done and was on its way, when order finally arrived food was stone cold when called to complain only offer was to collect the order and they would re do it, grandson's had to be dropped back off at their mum's so that wasn't an option food was re heated in the microwave. Very poor customer service will not be using them again and will not be recommending them to anyone

The fish was dry and overcooked, while the battered sausages were decent. I was unsure whether to dispose of the pizza in the trash or recycle the plastic packaging. Overall, I was disappointed with the food and service, and would not dine here again. It was clear that laziness was at play.

Every time I visit, their expressions are unfriendly and they don't even say please or thank you. If you work in a customer-facing role, it's important to know how to interact with people and serve with a smile. It's disappointing to see the same sour faces every day from staff who clearly don't want to be there. It would be better to give the job to someone more pleasant who will genuinely serve customers with joy and happiness.
